Vehicle manufacturers are constantly developing their vehicles further and making changes as part of model upgrades. Many vehicles are also available in countless equipment variants. We do not have the possibility to test our devices, connectors and wiring harnesses in all vehicles or equipment variants. It may happen that the devices we offer do not function as intended in some vehicle models or versions and / or cause error entries. In this case, we will take the device back. We will not reimburse any costs incurred for troubleshooting and installation.

Directive (EU) 2022/2380 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 November 2022 amending Directive Directive 2014/53/EU on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of of radio equipment on the market, the legislator has introduced an extended programme of obligations for distributors of electrical equipment such as mobile phones, tablets and the like. From 28.12.2024, or 28.04.2026 for laptops, laptops, two new labelling elements must be used to indicate whether a power supply unit is included in the included in the scope of delivery and which one is compatible.

On the basis of the above-mentioned directive, we hereby dutifully inform you that no power supply unit is included in the scope of delivery of the radio systems offered by us.

Furthermore, we hereby inform you that no power supply unit is required to operate the radio systems we offer. The power is supplied via the vehicle's electrical system. The list of compatible power supply units required by law is therefore not necessary.
