The APPsends SMS-commands to contorl the heater. Depending on your mobile contract, this could arrise additional costs.
Android
Download and Installation
- open this page in the browser of your smartphone (important: please do not use Google Chrome).
- Click on the ‘download APP for Android’ button.
- After downloading, open the ‘APK’ file.
If the app is not working properly, you may need to manually release some authorisations:
Einstellungen --> APPs --> danhag --> Berechtigungen
We are constantly developing the APP. Here is an overview of the changes:
v1.4: Android version 14 and 15 added
v1.3: Language ‘Swedish’ added.
v1.2: The SMS delivery notification can be deactivated in the app.
v1.1: Language ‘English’ added.

Main menu
All other functions can be accessed from the main menu.
Switching the heating on or off
Press and hold the ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ button until the phone vibrates briefly. The APP sends an SMS with the corresponding command to the heater.
Setting the heating runtime
You can set the heating runtime. To do this, press and hold the ‘ON’ button until the selection menu is displayed. You can now set the runtime using the slider. In the ‘MAX’ setting, the runtime configured via SMS is used.
(This function is only supported from version 10.x of the APP control).
Arrangement of the ICONs
You can assign the icons and thus the function as required. To do this, press and hold the button until the selection menu is displayed.
(This function is not available for the ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’ buttons).
IOS
The heating is controlled via SMS.
You can download the APP for your iPhone from the APP Store
download app for IOS.
Alternatively, you can use the ‘Short commands’ app to create a voice command and control the heating with Siri.
Create a voice command:
Do not select ‘Show when executing’ as otherwise you will have to confirm the sending of the SMS manually.
Enter the telephone number of the SIM card in the APP control unit as the telephone number.
To switch on the heating, send: ON and to switch off the heating: OFF
