Payment and Shipping

We ship by DHL. The shipment time within Germany is 1 to 4 days. The shipment to other EU countries and to Norway needs approximately 2 - 6 working days.

The delivered goods remain property of the seller until they have been fully paid up.

Returns

In case of revocation the regular costs of the return are imposed to the customer.

Shipment costs within Germany (without islands)

• DHL Standard: 4.95 EUR
• DHL EXPRESS, deliveries until 12:00 h of the following day: 15.80 EUR

International shipment

• DHL Zone 1: 19.95€ (EU countries)
• DHL Zone 2: 29.95€ (e. g. Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)
• DHL Zone 3: 39.95€ (e. g. Island, Russian Federation)
