network coverage

The SIM-card supports 2G. 3G and 4G / LTE mobile networks and can be used worldwide without roaming charges.
Multiple mobile networks are used in most countries.
The telefonica-network is used in germany with 2G/3G and 4G.

billing

Mobile data are processed in 1kB data blocks.

Why is the size of data blocks important?
The size of data blocks used for billing does have an impact on the actual costs.
Many provider offer good conditions per MB but using 100kB data blocks to calculate the data traffic.
If the GPS-tracker or APP-control uses about 1kB data for each query, 100kB data will be charged instead of the real 1kB each time.

Sending a SMS from germany or within the EU costs 0,06 €.
Datatraffic in germany and within the EU costs 0,04 €. per MB (processed in data blocks of 1kB).
Depending on the use and  queryintervall, a GPS-tracker uses about 10MB to 30MB per month.

The SIM-card uses a provider located in estonia, so the area-code will be +372.
If you are using a mobile telecommunications tariff with "SMS-flatrate" please check if this includes SMS to estonia.

 You can charge your prepaid credit via paypal or bank transfer.

You can check the credit balance online at the website of the provider.

configuration

If you order the SIM-card together with our app-control, no configuration or registration are required.
We will activate and insert the sim-card so you can use the APP-control out of the box.
