With our  APP control, you can conveniently control your existing parking heater or auxiliary heater via APP or SMS.

Installation

The APP control unit is connected to the existing receiver of the radio remote control.

GPS localisation 

The APP control unit has a connection for an external GPS receiver. When the ignition is switched on, the position is determined every second. When the ignition is switched off, the GPS receiver is only activated during the query. If you request the position by text message, you will receive a text message with the current coordinates of the vehicle and a link to ‘Google Maps’ where the vehicle position is displayed on the map. 

I don't need it, my vehicle already has a GPS receiver installed by factory.
A ‘backup solution’ can also be useful in this case. Professional thieves have specialised in deactivating the factory alarm and tracking systems and can switch them off within a few seconds. 

GPS functionality is available as an option. Please select ‘with GPS’ when ordering.  

Alarm input 

The APP remote control has an alarm input to which you can connect the output of an existing alarm system. In the event of an alarm, you will be informed immediately by phone call and SMS.
The alarm system must output a +12V signal in the event of an alarm.

Secure

The heating can only be controlled by ‘authorised’ phone numbers. You can easily configure the phone numbers via SMS. 

APP / SMS  

You can control your heating via APP / SMS. Please note that control via APP or SMS may incur additional costs, depending on your telephone tariff, as an SMS is sent for each switching operation.  

To operate the APP remote control, you also need a SIM card that supports text messages and calls (e.g. prepaid card). A data tariff is not necessary.

DANGER TO LIFE !

This product is used to switch an existing parking heater with a mobile device (cell phone, tablet, etc.).
ATTENTION: Parking heaters cause toxic exhaust fumes during operation! NEVER operate the parking heater in closed rooms, there is an acute DANGER TO LIFE!

The app-control uses the Short Message Service (SMS) of the mobile phone operator to control the heater. The SMS messages are sent by the mobile network operator. Depending on the utilization of the mobile phone network and the reception quality at the location of the vehicle, it may happen that the SMS is delivered with a delay, that the SMS is delivered with a delay. In this case, the switching command is also implemented with a time delay.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This product may only be used by persons who have reached the age of majority in accordance with the applicable law in the respective country within the scope of the EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and are in full possession of their mental faculties and have fully read and understood the installation and operating instructions without outside help.

The product may only be installed and commissioned in the presence of a second, fully qualified and technically experienced person who has also read and fully understood the installation and operating instructions. and operating instructions and is able to provide immediate first aid in the event of danger.

Observe the generally applicable safety regulations. Wear suitable protective clothing during installation and commissioning, but at least the protective equipment prescribed by the employers' liability insurance association.

This product is connected in the vehicle with a connecting cable. There is a DANGER of getting caught on the cable, falling or strangulation.

This product is supplied with power via the vehicle battery. The power consumption depends on the mobile phone reception. In places with poor reception (e.g. underground car park), the power consumption is increased. Disconnect the product from the power supply if you do not use the vehicle for a longer period of time (2 weeks) to reduce the risk of a harmful deep discharge of the vehicle battery.

INTENDED USE

Only use the product for the intended use specified in the operating instructions. Do NOT use the product to switch devices that could be dangerous if the control unit malfunctions. In particular, DO NOT use the product for switching life support systems or in aerospace applications.

This product is NOT a toy.

This product contains small parts (SIM card holder, unlocking tool) that can be swallowed or inhaled. Ensure that the product is stored or installed out of the reach of children.

This product is NOT suitable for consumption. Traces of nuts and pulses may be present.
